Here is a Dex Drive Cost:$4. Now what is a Dex drive? Well this one work with a Nintendo 64. It’s a memory card reader, that allows you to save, edit, and load different files to your computer. It’s like having a million memory cards. I’ve haven’t really used it much, but if I had one as a kid it would have saved me a lot of hassles. No more needing to share saves with my siblings that for sure. So its really cool.

I found this Dreamcast a few weeks ago, for $15.50.(the one with yellow sticker) It came with one controller, the av and power hook ups. When I was younger I didn’t get one and I always wanted one. (Now i have two!!) The other I found just a couple of days ago for $15 and I got three controllers and a power cable.
The Dreamcast, for those that don’t know was a gaming system from Sega that came out on 9-9-1999, which makes it 10 yearsold. The console is still really fun to play and I’m still looking for great games for it. My favorite right now is Skies of Arcadia, which sadly I don’t own and have to borrow it from a friend. Really great game, I believe it was ported to the Nintendo Game cube, but that’s not what the blog is for.

My First Dreamcast, and now second Dreamcast

This Blog is dedicated to all the odd, interesting, or just plan neat finds that I find around my home town of Anchorage,AK. It will mostly be old gaming systems and random electronics that I find interesting and hope you will also. I’m going to try and post something new once a week or more when I can. The next few postings will be as soon as I can get the camera up and running so, keep an eye out!!
